Delivery Policy

Delivery from the moment you submit your order is within 2-3working days* free domestic delivery, charge applies for international delivery 5-7 working days . If you're not available to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a delivery card advising if your parcel has been delivered to a safe location, left with a neighbour or how to arrange collection.

* Shipping times provided are an estimate and are applicable to orders placed before 12pm (GMT/BST) Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 12pm (GMT/BST) Monday to Friday will be despatched the following working day; orders placed after 12pm (GMT/BST) on Fridays will despatched the following Monday. Please allow two additional working days for Highlands and Islands.

We aim to meet these delivery times but during holidays and busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally tech updates to our systems or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that delivery times may need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum.

What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

Your estimated delivery date is in your Order Confirmation email – please allow until this date for your order to arrive. You’ll be able to follow your order if it’s been sent with a trackable service. If your estimated delivery date has passed and you haven’t received your order, just contact us so we can help you further.

What happens if I'm not in when my order arrives?
Don’t worry if you aren’t as the courier will leave a card confirming they have either left it with a neighbour, left it in a safe place, when they will try to redeliver or give you details on how to collect it. HERITAGE 54 cannot be held liable for any parcel(s) lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier

Can I have my parcel redirected to a different address?

For your security we aren't able to change the address your order is being sent to. Don't worry – if you're not in when a delivery is attempted the carrier will leave a card advising how to arrange a redelivery or where you can pick up your parcel.
